Description

The once-beloved restaurant has experienced a notable decline in both quality and service, disappointing longtime patrons. While the food retains its deliciousness, frequent order errors and inconsistent preparations detract from the experience. Issues like unclean premises, greasy meals, and poorly executed dishes plague visits, leaving diners frustrated and unsatisfied. Some patrons still find optimism in the tasty fries and reasonable prices, but for many, the restaurant’s charm has faded. With a mix of heartfelt nostalgia and recent disappointments, visitors are left hoping for a revival of the quality and attention they once cherished.

Ordered 2 all day breakfasts. You'd expect grease on a fry up but these were swimming in it. Not sure how they managed it but the bacon rashers were both crispy and undercooked. £15 for the 2 plates and now both of us feel ill because of them.

We used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but it has declined over the years, which is disappointing. The food is still delicious, but on every visit, they have forgotten items from our orders. I ordered a decaf milky coffee for my mom, but it looked more like a hot chocolate. When I asked if it was a decaf coffee, they said they had changed how they make them. My mom asked for a cup of tea instead, and I offered to pay for it, but they took the coffee away and expected me to pay for the tea. I told the server that if I was paying for the tea, I should have the coffee back since I had already paid for it. The server just told me to take it and did not show any understanding. It was a disappointing experience and a shame to see the decline in quality and service.
