Best Thai in Hartlepool The Thai element was amazing, the Chinese side was bland and average. I had a Thai soup which was outstanding, full of flavour, spicy and perfectly cooked prawns. I will in future only order from the Thai menu as I subsequently discovered they are a Thai kitchen, that cooks Chinese. What Louise Limar doesn't like about Thai Pan:
An extra 30 minutes added after order was placed to the expected hour delivery. After food turned up 30 minutes late it was missing items and only just warm. The golden parcels (appetiser) were not as advertised in description and dipping sauce was missing. Ordered many times from here but will not order from here again. View all feedback.

Ordered duck chow main..duck was not cooked it was raw..called to inform and did not care, not bothered. Another customer lost.
Lush food, quality everytime. But they've changed the mock chicken hymapan to tofu and its disgusting. Very disappointed change it back. They have now changed back to original staff food is amazing
Green curry from a jar it was gelatinous and there was no coconut milk whatsoever. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. It was really poor and I wouldn’t go back!
Gelatinous green curry that tasted like it was from a jar. Raw vegetables, chewy chicken and stodgy rice. Very disappointed and won’t be going back
