Slow service food came to the table in phases after being walked around the room and left at random tables then promised fresh food would be bought out asap was just the same food reheated fry and tasteless. Staff just don’t care. Will never be back. Rated 3 stars for Atmosphere but it’s the Customers that made the atmosphere not the staff. View all feedback.
Been in tonight for a drink whilst my partner was having another superb sizzling meal with three friends from work.... But unfortunately I experienced the situation of being ignored at the bar whilst other customers were served in front of me... Not happy with the customer service.. It was noticed by someone that I had been ignored and a member of the bar staff came over and apologised after I left the bar having been unable to be served..

It was a busy bar but Charlotte and the team were dealing with it so efficiently and with fantastic service. Charlotte served us. Greeted us with a smile and poured the perfect pint of Guinness. Another guy collecting glasses came over whilst we were outside and offered a water bowl for their dog. Top notch service guys. Thank you
Love this pub staff are really nice and friendly had fish and chips and mushy peas i had a nice time keep up the good work guys
Great place with fab selection..something for everyone..only reason why not 4 stars..because food comes on skillet, by time you eat it everything is burned/over cooked..eg scampi, onions etc.
