Liberty Catering Solutions - Hartlepool

Visited today on Sunday, September 13th, 2020. Ordered 2 large and 2 small dinners without beef - 2 mince and 2 chicken. Waited half an hour as only 3 people were allowed in the shop at a time. Staff were waiting on gravy and puddings, so we were kept waiting. One customer said they didn't know how to run the shop as he waited 40 minutes. Regardless, we eventually got our food, but it was not enjoyable at all. The stuffing was dry, floury, and clumped together, the mash was lumpy and lacking seasoning or butter. The Yorkshire puddings were frozen and reheated, the peas were rock hard and barely cooked. The only decent thing was the cabbage, and it was missed off of one dinner. The gravy was dark, cold, gloopy, and flavorless - straight from the packet. What a huge disappointment. I will never return.

The food was delicious and arrived on time, still hot. They even included extra gravy in a container which was a nice touch. I will definitely order from them again. All the vegetables were fresh too.

I ordered lunch from Liberty Catering last week and I would highly recommend this catering business to anyone. The meals were cooked to a high standard. We have also used Liberty's before for a family gathering (funeral) and the buffet had a good variety of food to suit everyone's tastes. It was worth every penny spent. The best in town. - Cath

I would just like to thank Leisa and her team at liberty's for providing such a lovely, tasty buffet for our party last night. From my first enquiry and throughout Leisa was highly efficient with responding to emails and even changed the time of dropping off the food at the venue for us on the day, at our request. Liberty's provide a professional and reliable service with food of high quality to match, and all at a very reasonable price, what more can you ask for! Would easily use again in the future if needed and recommend to friends and family!

Libertys did the catering for an event I attended recently. All I can say is that the fresh fruit was pleasant. The nondescript soup was too thick, the minute wraps had virtually no filling and there were some tiny cubes of unappetising looking quiche. Cheap tea bags and even cheaper coffee granules completed this eminently (and hopefully) forgettable meal.
