Happy Daze - Hartlepool

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the coffee cake was delicious. We also enjoyed the sauna and coffee. We are grateful to the lovely woman who served us on October 16, 2021.

This is a charming place to enjoy ice cream, sodas, tea, or coffee with a 50s and 60s themed decor. The vintage booths at each table, complete with a jukebox at the front, and posters from the era on the walls, give it a nostalgic feel. The best part was the impeccably clean and pleasantly scented restrooms, a rare find. The friendly young waitress played great music from the 50s and 60s during our visit. As a middle-aged couple who appreciate this style of music, we found the experience delightful and would definitely return if ever in the area again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a retro dining experience.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. Every time my two boys visit, they are thrilled. The hot chocolates are also fantastic. Unfortunately, my son couldn't finish both his coke float and his ice cream, which was a shame.

Yesterday we went to Happy Daze for some ice cream, and we were deciding whether to sit inside or outside at one of the tables since the sun was shining. We were having trouble deciding, but the young girl working alone behind the counter was extremely helpful. The service was excellent and the ice cream was even better. Thank you Happy Daze for a great experience!
