Best food and great quality, first time trying would love to try again

I have ordered from here for years, just ordered mixed grill and everything was half cooked. Phoned up to complain and asked them to send fresh food out, totally refused to replace food. Will deffinatly not be ordering from here again, you have lost a good customer

I tried to place an order worth £20 on the phone as the woman was being very rude in that she was shouting at me because she could not understand what I was saying. She then put the phone down so I rang again, yet she put the phone down again and this continuously happened 4 times. I am so annoyed at the service I have received. I rang again to cancel and all she said was 'ok cancelled ' and put the phone down again. You have lost 6 regular customers.

My partner ordered food from this takeaway for the 1st time this week. Portion size was generous and the curry sauce was hot! Spicy! Just how he likes it :

Chinese disgusting very unflavoring the chips were rockard hard under black beans pepper sauce it was unflavory notice what's over and there was no meat whatever about it it was very very fatty and nor flavory at all and noodles was dry and no flavor whatsoever and do not buy any food from this place you are best of going to asda and buying your Chinese much better from ASDA better money for your value and lease it tastes a lot nicer and I would rate this place the big fat zero and I would not give it a third start at all and shocking food and disgusting food to and shocking customer service too
