What Gabriel Ramos doesn't like about El Bajio:

I'm grateful that a random craving and Google search led us to this lovely establishment! It is such a cute spot!! Everyone is friendly, full of smiles and jokes!! But y'all... THE FOOD..... THE. FOOD!! Is so good and flavorful. You don't even need the house made salsa, guac and sour cream but they sure don't take away from how fresh and delicious everything is. I had horchata and the birria tacos and they were delicious! Only complaint is that the green tamale was as hard as a rock , not sure what happened there .
I had the tacos de chorizo and they were absolutely AMAZING! Can't wait to come back!

read moreI’m sorry but the food really wasn’t good. It didn’t taste fresh, and overall odd. We stopped eating it and I found a hair in my food.
