My fave place to go for Coffee/Tea, and I love that they do brunch on Saturday and Sunday! Friendly staff, very diverse amount. Food and drinks are definitely a big esp for the price (good place to go and have a drink in the night too, usually has a live DJ on weekends)
This place has got many of my money over the years and I enjoy every visit. I recommend Tisane to all my friends and my family and bring them to them when I have the chance. The staff are phenomenal, I never had anything on their menu, that was not delicious, and they have the best martinis in town! Super LGBT-friendly! These are places that make me proud to live in Hartford.
