Chango Rosa - Hartford

Food was fresh and fast, server was excellent and truly sold most of the food, atmosphere really made Hartford a different city, in a good way, and honestly what can Jamie McDonald do wrong?! He is a driving force in the Greater Hartford Restaurant scene and the flavors are still preserved from that original shop with Bart's! Bravo!

Whatever Changa Rosa does, it does well. The food, the staff, the atmosphere, the drinks, the prices, the whole casual your-plates-are-already-at-the-table style. Eat as little or as much as you'd like. Eat as fast or as slow as you'd like. What a cool place!

Highly recommend coming to Chango Rosa!! the food was absolutely amazing!!! had their fish tacos, and my girl had the chilasquiles and she loved it the vibe was so original and hip def coming here again for sure!!! two thumbs up

Went for lunch yesterday as I'll drive hours in search of great Tacos as great as anything from California or Mexico ! The atmosphere was great, excellent drinks and beers on tap. The food was incredible! Tried about 11 different things off the menu, none of which I wouldn't eat again. Favorite bites of the day were the Arepas, the Pork Belly Pinchos and the Octopus Carpaccio. Will definitely be returning in the near future even if it is a 2 hour round trip as the bill was total reasonable for an 11 course lunch, a drink, and two beers! Hats off to you!

Everything was top notch. Our waitress, Cassie, was fantastic. Great explanations of what everything was. The guac and pork rinds to start were both perfect. My favorite taco was the tri-tip with roasted corn. The rice and beans were also out of this world. Can't wait to go back!
