We opted for the set menu which offered a great variet... read more I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant today. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. We opted for the set menu which offered a great variety of choices. My father has limited use of his left hand, and the chef, upon the waitress's recommendation, graciously removed the mussels from their shells so he could still enjoy his favourite dish. That level of service is truly exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our visit was for a family meal on Saturday night, we were welcomed and shown to our table and then things slowed down, the restaurant was full but only two waitresses on duty who received next to no help from their management, the two waitresses were pleasant but simply over worked. The food showed signs it could be good but where the staffing levels were not adequate for the number of customers food came out slowly and warm at best. Basics such as clearing the previous courses plates and providing cutlery for the next course didn't happen. It appeared that the food was sitting on the pass waiting to come out for some time as the presentation was great but the temperature when it hit the table let it down. The cocktails were fab when they eventually got to the table but the white wine was dropped at the table warm and no offer for the customer to check they were happy with the bottle and temperature. I hope things get back to how they used to be but currently worth avoiding with so many good eateries in the area.

I made a last-minute reservation for a small group, then quickly added more people to the party, which was handled efficiently through the online booking email. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return.

I even checked my junk... read more I was disappointed that I did not receive a response to my two emails inquiring about booking for the locals evening at this restaurant. I even checked my junk emails. When I went for a drink, I found the atmosphere to be very bare and lacking warmth.
