The Coach Horses - Hart

After a walk in the opposite direction, jumped around a pint and finished with a late lunch. the food served up to 18 o'clock on the sun and they offer a nut roast with all the meat options we had. it was obviously homemade, cooked with...feta and served with roasted pots, 5 different vegetables and veggie gravy. it was all satisfied cooked and extremely tasty. there were 4 real ales, of which two were of local breweries; longdog (golden poacher) andwell (golden muddler) there were also ship ghost from adnams and another choice that I cannot remember the names. very impressed by the choices and the standard of food.

Good location, lots of space divided into areas, outside seating area. difficult to evaluate the kitchen, like only snacks that were sufficient and good portions. a little tired, certainly worth a visit. good country pub. efficient service and drinks at the table

First visit to dinner in this traditional country pub. we received a warm welcome and ordered fish chips, steak ale pie and pork belly all nicely served and very tasty. we finished with stp and a fruit crumble, also excellent. good value...for a nice evening.

After having lived in Rotherwick for 16 years, I returned to this pub to meet a friend. I was not happy to be overloaded a pint guinness, a pint tee bitter plus 2 more halves each 19.10! I think I was charged for two more pints. no excuse, no refund. next time I'll meet at the falcon.

Swung by the other day as not been in since the re furb, So sad to see that the ales have changed as it was known for people to travel from afar as the reputation of the Badgers Ales were always a talking point, the...best in the area, As a CAMRA member this was always our option for the Ales in this area. Sad to see them gone and replaced with ales that every other pub seems to sell. Shame.
