before the arrival of the kovid we were quite regular visitors. we are very pleased that the tee room is now open again. the days of opening are somewhat limited until the trade resumes. the menu is also limited from the same ground. but the sandwiches. we had very well presented and enjoyable. service and environment are so always very pleasant. With a friend to this charming old worldly tee room; small and rustic; real old porcelain; delicious cake; friendly staff; small artistic gifts and cards for sale;
This is our regular stop when we fly from gatwick and it is worth a diversion. a beautiful scenic teestube in a beautiful environment. the ploughman’s lunch was delicious and beautiful homemade cakes are always available. we always receive a warm greeting and look forward to visit again in the future.
Me and my friends had a great experience at Rosie's tea room. We sat out doors on a lovely patio in the sun enjoying the view of the field and had great service and lovely hot chocolates and the cake was amazing. Will definitely visit...again and recommend.
We popped into this tea room for the first time after seeing it signposted from the road. Very lovely little tea room, lots to buy in there and plenty of things to look at. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We ordered a home made...cake, hot choc and banana milkshake. Unfortunately the cake didn't have much flavour (personal taste of course). The banana milkshake was just nesquik, was expecting a better and thicker milkshake perhaps with actual banana. The hot choc was juat made with water, no milk. It was very average food which was a shame. This was pur personal experience. Had we had something different from the menu it may have been lovely.
Well worth a visit to this small but lovely little tea room. Traditional selection of home made foods. Friendly welcome and pleasant surroundings. If in the area well worth giving it a try
