Spire Cafe is a charming little pop-up that operates when the church spire is open for visitors. Run by volunteers, it offers a warm, friendly atmosphere and homemade food. We enjoyed some delicious cream teas before our timed tower visit. The scones were particularly tasty, and there was plenty of outdoor seating in the sunshine. Our dog loved meeting everyone who stopped by. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Price: £1–10 per person Highly recommended: Scone

A charming little café operated by volunteers, located within the grounds of St Mary's Church. Sarah personally bakes all the cakes and scones, and they are incredibly tasty! I highly recommend trying the coffee cake and spiced scones. Service was excellent. Dine-in Brunch | Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 | Service: 5 | Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been happily volunteering there for years, and it’s wonderful to witness the positive impact on the local community.
