What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Ms:
I like the test of eating this restaurant. I just ordered a few times. I arrange birthday parties with them. the price was agreed for four starters and four main courses. as food was served only three appetizers and three main dishes were served and the price was calculated more than we agreed. 64 people who avoid the problem, I have paid for doubt advantage, I went back with 20 people and informed how they complaine... THE ONLY INDIAN RESTAURANT NOT SUITABLE FOR Coeliac /gluten free intolerance. They must share the menu on their website as there are no dishes suitable. After multiple conversation with wait staff as to why soya sauce was a staple ingredient in Indian (yes shocking i know) cuisine with a blank look, finally a manager appeared who was able to speak to the kitchen to prepare a basic jalfrezi which was so delicious. Sadly i will not go again and i would not recommend. They must update their website so the awkward conversations don't have to take place. I have been Coeliac for 13 years and in have never in all this time had any issue with an Indian restaurant until this place. Disappointed. I gave 3 stars because when what they did finally prepare was delicious but it made it was a awkward experience for me in front of my friends
Nice local Indian restaurant with good selection of dishes. Friendly staff. Had a couple of drinks in the cheaper Wetherspoons pub before going there. Service is quick and well presented.
Today, I had the worst customer service experience at this restaurant, despite spending over £100. The staff member named Hina, who claims to own the place (but is only a waiter), was extremely rude and made me pay a service charge that is not mandatory in the UK. She refused to remove it from the bill and behaved like a child when the actual manager/owner intervened and removed the charge. The other staff members were quick to rush customers out and the food was disappointing, as it was not proper Indian cuisine but rather Nepalese. Overall, the behavior of the staff, especially Hina, was disgusting and she should be fired for her bullying tactics. The management needs to address this issue seriously. The only saving grace was one polite and helpful staff member, whose name I did not catch.
My friend and I went to Ruby M to have food and drinks. The lager we ordered was flat and tasteless. The starter we ordered was terrible. Everything was very expensive. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food at this restaurant was satisfying, but the service was inconsistent. It felt like no one was really taking care of our table, as all the staff seemed to ask about our experience without realizing that several others had already done so in the past 10 minutes. I hope to see an improvement in the service in the future.

Here's a genuine review: I visited Ruby Ms yesterday with a large group of 16 people. I was very happy with the manager/owner and the catering staff as they were very welcoming, polite and attentive. They even changed around the tables and seating so me and my friends can be closer to each other. The Food was very good. In particular, the Lamb Masala, Bombay Chicken, Chilli Mogo and Mahji Mahji on the bone Chicken Curry were the highlights. We also ordered chicken wings, lamb chops and few other dishes which all had their own unique flavours and taste. The 3 hours went by so quick, we had a lot of fun so I want to say thank you to the team at Ruby Ms for making this a delightful experience.. all my friends were very happy with everything. By the end of the night, because my friends paid the bill I actually forgot to tip!.. but I will be back with my family soon and will recommend to others and I'm sure most of my friends will be back too! Thanks again.
There are many Indian “clubs” in the harrow area and I was among the most of them. the word club is somehow misleading as they serve mainly eating, but also have well-stocked bars and in the regular sport play on screens around the place. it is a relaxed format that is perfect to prove the menu. That's exactly what I decided on Sunday and selected ruby M's, because I hadn't been there. the place was quite empty when I arrived with just a few barflies that watched the cricket over pints. but it was a rainy Sunday afternoon, so I sat down with my partner and we decided to choose from starting as slow and lazy lunch. ruby M’s has two types of food on the menu, Indian and Indo Chinese. this is typical of the Indian club scene as they were presented by Kenyan Indians in Great Britain, so there is an aspekt of merge to the directed, unlike their usual curry house. we start with masala papadums, that is their regular papadum with chopped tweepers, tomato, fresh coriander and chili powder above. served with chili sauce and riata, go perfectly with a cold pint of camp and certainly get her taste buds going! I went for the Tandoori lamb dogs, for me a standard with which all Indian clubs should be measured. they get large portions here and my five pieces were wonderfully aromatized, but not too spicy and grilled to perfection with good sharps still pink in the middle and juicy. we also had their Tandoori strap, rich parts of curd cheese marinated in tandoori and carved. really moreish and I'm sure a little healthier than my lamb! next to the table was honey chili sweet tasty sweet, sticky, but with enough flavor to lick her lips. then some meaty from the Indo Chinese menu – shanghai chicken. a large buck of crispy chickens, which were eaten in an early onion, chili and a hauch soy sauce. really good and I could not stop eating them until I ran out steam! whether they have Indian club food before or when their new ones tried to him, I can recommend ruby M’s as a great place to eat. remember only a good appetit!
After I was recently moved to the opposite, this is by far my favorites-resataurant. great customer service, always feel very welcomed by the employees great food. a lot of taste and large portions. lammkoteletts are a must! there are also tvs so they can watch football cricket games and have a drink at the bar.
Heena has been great and really friendly and accommodating! We have visited multiple times and the service has been amazing. She is happy to work around big crowds and keep us entertained throughout the experience :
Haven’t got a single bad thing to say about Ruby Ms… From the food to the service to the atmosphere… it’s a perfect restaurant for family friends. Had a really good evening, and was looked after very well by all the staff especially Heena! Would definitely recommend…
