Our order was pro... read more Make no mistake about it, this is a supermarket. Not surprisingly, it has a brisk carry out trade which we availed ourselves of late at night. Our order was provided promptly straight off a shelf as was the pay-at-register bill. Place was bright, clean, tidy and service was prompt. Our choice of food items was exactly what we went there for. Unfortunately, most Tesco are bigger and better.

House flies (along with other species of filth flies) are known to spread a range of harmful diseases. The World Health Organization estimates that house flies are responsible for transmitting at least 65 diseases.

It's because of this that I'm so bitterly disappointed with my experience today. I want the place to succeed however, so I'm going to write this review as an open letter to the management:

The tables were dirty, even though t... read more The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't bother to interact with us. The tables were dirty, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When we asked a staff member to clean a table, they gave us a glare and insisted that it was already clean. The atmosphere was depressing and grumpy. Overall, our experience at this restaurant in Hatch End Morrisons was like a visit to the twilight zone. I would not recommend eating here.

We had the small breakfast consi... read more We decided to have breakfast here as we had stayed nearby in a lovely hotel, but they were charging a high price for breakfast. We had the small breakfast consisiting of bacon, sausage, beans, hash brown and four slices of bread, really good value and delicious at £3.90 per person, it was a plateful and plenty for a good start to the day, the cafe staff were very friendly and prompt.
