The phone is never answered and is often switched off. The website says they’re open, but that’s not true. They never pick up calls and don’t seem interested in fixing these issues. There’s a clear lack of respect for customers. As for the food, it’s okay—nothing special, just average. The place itself is dirty; I’ve even seen rats there. This has been an ongoing problem for over a year. It’s almost always closed despite the posted hours being completely unrealistic. The only reason I can think this place is still in business is some sort of money laundering. It’s been operating for over 10 years under various names but has very few customers.
