It’s unclear when the change happened, but the current menu differs from what the pictures and reviews indicate. The food was mediocre, the atmosphere a bit shabby, and overall it didn’t match my expectations. Service was acceptable, but not enough to compensate.

Instead, they delivered someone else’s order late at night. The staff were utterly unprofessional and unhelpful, and despite admitting they didn’t deliver my cake, they refused to issue a refund. This completely ruined my birthday, and the kids were heartbroken. It’s clear the company cares more about taking your money than satisfying customers. Don’t waste your time ordering from K's Cafe—buy your cakes elsewhere. Please share this with your friends and family to save them from this terrible experience.
