**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding. After I placed my order, I inquired about their app, and the staff member was very friendly in explaining it to me. They also informed me that I was eligible to earn points, which I hadn't been aware of.
This is a lovely restaurant with a very friendly staff. I know exactly what I want to eat when I come here, and I enjoy returning with my family. The peri-peri bite was incredible!
Their customer service is truly impressive. After I placed my order, I had some questions about the app. The staff kindly took the time to explain everything to me and also informed me that I was entitled to earn points, which I wasn't aware of.
This review is based on my recent visit on June 2, 2018, around 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, when I ordered a bargain bucket. Once again, I was informed that I would need to wait about 5 minutes because there weren't enough chicken pieces ready. I agreed to this wait, but then noticed that they filled half of the large bucket with wings, which was not the main issue. Unfortunately, a couple of the chicken wing pieces had human hair in the coating, and one of my children nearly choked after seeing and hearing this. To make matters worse, a thigh piece was only partially cooked and appeared translucent with blood (I have a picture attached). We will not file a complaint with the franchise, but instead, we plan to contact KFC's main office directly. It remains to be seen whether they will take any action. I do not consider myself a picky customer; I actually enjoy KFC and have recently given another location a high rating for their overall service. However, this KFC on Northolt Road in Harrow (HA2 8DY) seems to take customers for granted. I am giving them one star just for the sake of this review.
