I dined at this restaurant with my family and purchased food. Unfortunately, the staff was not properly trained and refused us access to the restroom, claiming it was out of order. However, while we were still there, they allowed another customer to use the restroom. This was disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
They don’t have ice cream for 2 or 3 weeks, and when you ask something they just apologize..if you ask them when they will have, you can’t have a answer..
Had a drive thru meal. Absolutely awful! Not fresh, tiny pieces (drumstick looked like a wing! , bland, and pale, soggy skin! Chips were no better. I will not be going there again, even if the drive thru is convenient.
Chips almost like card board. Chicken cold stale so so vile. Felt sick after eating it no fresh food being cooked at all.
