She spoke disrespectfully, calling the driver names, showing a lack of professionalism. The food delivery service has a bad reputation. I visited KFC on 20-06-2025 between 12:00 and 2:30, and the lady at the reception was available but unkind. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated 1. The menu did not meet my expectations either.
