Coriander - Feedback

Was Lewis Johnson at Coriander a mag?
When I arrived many years ago in the united kingdom, I found a thing that I found quite puzzling (and later found out was quintessentially british) was a occupancy with the weather. how was your day? rainy? oh, how regrettable. had to be hard to run the dog at that time. View all feedback.

Coriander as a herb is quite similar to marmite. People either love it or hate it and some even say that it is based on genetics too. So, I have to my thank parents yet again for making sure that I love coriander. Why the preamble about coriander? Well, the latest restaurant I was invited to visit was called Coriander. I was grateful that Humayun Hussain, food consultant and future restaurant owner, got in touch about a trip here. After a few emails back and forth and date changes, Laura and I scheduled a visit in for a Wednesday night curry session.
Food 4/5 Even though a few dishes were different than our expectations (also chat Puri is not a chat here. It's aloo wrapped in a puri), the food quality was good and tasted delicious. Ambiance 3.5/5 Better than expectations with respect to cost. Not too fancy, not too simple. Service 3.5/5 Quick, but nothing out of the ordinary. Money worth 4/5 It was 45 for the three of us for a 2 course meal with soft drinks.
First time in the restaurant, one of the more pleasant experiences I had when it comes to Indian Restaurants. Food was on point, most hospitable staff, pleasant environment and most importantly amazing food, floor manger was really nice always looking on how to provide the best service. Highly recommended.
Coriander, an esteemed Indian restaurant in Hatch End, captivates with its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service. Guests rave about the warm ambiance, friendly staff, and generous hospitality, making each visit a memorable experience. The menu boasts a delightful array of well-seasoned dishes, from crispy appetizers like tandoori lamb and fresh scallops to robust main courses featuring reshmi lamb and tamarind chicken. Diners are particularly impressed with the flavorful sauces and artful presentation. While some dishes defy expectations, the overall food quality is highly praised. Coriander truly stands out as a must-visit destination for Indian food lovers.
