I ordered a Lamb dosa at this restaurant. The dish was mediocre; they added extra potatoes from another curry to the lamb, resulting in unexpected flavors. However, I only paid £6 for it.
I have visited several Sri Lankan restaurants during my time in London, and Chennai Chutney is definitely the top choice. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is great. The staff is fantastic - they are friendly and welcoming.
Ordered from this restaurant on a whim via uber and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The food came pretty fast and still very warm. It was sooo good as well. Had uttapum and veg momo and they were delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again!
The food here is some of the best Sri Lankan food I have ever tried. Not only was the food great, you can bring in your own alcohol and the bill at the end for 4 of us was so cheap! Will definitely be returning.
Really enjoyed the plain dosa and masala dosa here today. The mixed grill and kids chicken fried rice are particularly tasty and portion size is ample. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again
