We needed reliable Wi-Fi for our laptops, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We ordered two rounds of drinks and some snacks. I asked for my hot chocolate to be extra hot, and they happily accommodated my request. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms to minimize water splashes and paper on the floor, making it more appealing for future customers.
