Caffe Nero - HARROW

The coffee was only lukewarm and the lemon roulade tasted dry and stale, not fresh. The staff seemed overworked and short-staffed, resulting in them being curt and rushed.

Good coffee and availability of snack items that are fresh. The service is quick and friendly too. Seating is comfortable and lots of space.

Three of us came here for an important meeting and stayed for about two hours. We needed reliable Wi-Fi for our laptops, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We ordered two rounds of drinks and some snacks. I asked for my hot chocolate to be extra hot, and they happily accommodated my request. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the bathrooms to minimize water splashes and paper on the floor, making it more appealing for future customers.

After a very dissapointing experience up the road a bit, actually being able to sit down and drink a coffee that tastes of coffee rather than froth and brown milk, enjoy a bun and be treated as a human throughout prompts me to write this review. For the record , I bought the same cappucino coffee as I did before but this time, it was far stronger, tastier and served with a smile rather than a snarl. The contrast is just hard to countenance, but vertheles real.
