Thali's £3.50 for a variety of things) are great as are the samosas. The Bombay-style sandwich is also worth trying. Interestingly, demographics wise, there are...all nationalities that visited for lunch on the day I was there and all appeared regular happy customers.

This cozy cafe-style restaurant serves Indian street food as well as full meals. One of the highlights of our visit was the generous portion sizes at affordable prices. We enjoyed a flavorful thali meal with 2 rotis, 2 vegetable curries, daal soup, and rice. The food was delicious and left us feeling satisfied. We also took away some samosas and bhel for a light supper, which we found to be equally tasty. The restaurant was clean, the service was good, and it was not very crowded when we dined. Overall, we would highly recommend AUMKAR PURE VEGETARIAN for affordable and delicious vegetarian eats.
