As I have previously stated the food here is fantastic. However what they need to improve more than anything is their delivery time. We waited 2 hours for our order and unfortunately it was missing my sons very hopeful arrival of chop sticks that were not there. People lined up every where. Even calling in the order and being told 30mins I gave them 45 and went in. Still waited a total of 1he 15mins.Honestly they couldn't organise a brew up in a brewery.2nd time being here recently and the exact chaotic situation. Very strange experience.when there for dinner for the first time and found that we did not have to eat plates from the containers. I asked why...and of what I could understand..because there isn't much dune in business..and due to the appearance of the place I can see why..so they can't afford to hire someone else..There are kids running in and out of the kitchen..There is so much potential for this place..but they choose not to update the place.clean it.or get rid of.
What strange experience. We stop in to have a bite to eat. We were told we could eat in but would be given our food in take out trays. I ordered the ginger beef. All it was was deep fried strips of beef with a side of some sort of ginger sauce. I took two bites and was done. I feel like there is so much room for improvement here. Please do better.
The food wasn't very good this night. Usually order once a month. This night was a miss... chicken roast rice was not a real chicken roast rice... had carrots, etc... looked like a vegetable, then they realized that they screwed and tried to fix it. Overall, food was not so great and Bland... new cook? not sure... will try again... but if the same comes out... it will happen to them.
Love their take out. Large portions Have enough leftovers for lunch the next day Lunch special is very popular. You get fried rice. Soup and an egg roll for extra dollar
Excellent. Very fresh.Recommend the Shanghai stir fry and soup.
