Based on the reviews on here, my wife and I made a trip to this pub for beer and food only to find the car park blocked by concrete blocks. The pub appears closed and there’s a sign asking for new tenants so we’re assuming it’s temporarily closed. View all feedback.

Really nice renovated pub with a large selection of local beers and lay on tap. welcome from the renter. get the brand new furniture smell soon!
Lovely friendly little pub with classic decor and warm cosy fires. Staff are friendly with good service and value for money! Dogs are welcome which is a bonus as well.
I just had lunch. a kind of country pub. meal very reasonable. only £2 a pint that could ask for something more. the renter made her feel like home. a most pleasant lunchtime .
Finally fell after many times of day/night drives in and around the opposite to find it under new management. adrian and dot have turned this place completely. eating, the atmosphere and the hospitality is a and after the frequent eating I could not think of any other traditional country pub to take the whole family.
