I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. After that, I could hear the staff chatting among themselves for over 10 more minutes before finally taking my order. This isn't the first time I've experienced neglect at the drive-thru during the night shift. I've also noticed that they stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing. As someone who works the night shift, it can be challenging to find places with quality service and fresh food.

I also observed that the entire dining area floor was greasy and slippery, with no warning signs in sight. Eventually, someone noticed us and said they would be with us shortly. After waiting another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. The restaurant's staffing issues should not be the customers' concern, and it's not our fault. If improvements aren't made, patrons will continue to seek better service elsewhere while paying the same price, including tips.
