What Rhonda Adams dislikes about Dunkin':
The regular coffee here is excellent. However, the employee at the drive-thru taking orders was quite rude; she laughed so much that it was difficult for her to take my order properly. I ended up having to repeat it. I don't understand why it feels like social hour during working hours. I appreciate having fun at work, but when you're on the job, you should focus on your responsibilities! View all feedback.

Even on Thanksgiving Day, everyone and everything was perfect. How lucky they had such a well-oiled machine of a team on duty that morning! Thanks for the sacrifice so we could get our caffeine fixes.

I like this Dunkin. They are prompt and friendly. We love the spider donuts at Halloween!!
