Cracker Barrel Old Country Store - Feedback

What Toria phipps doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
We come in to eat almost three times a week and the service is always excellent and so is the food. Today we went in and we had alex as our service, i’m not one to leave reviews on anything but his service was horrible. Went to Cracker Barrell after attending event with friends. It was after 10:00 pm on a Friday night. There were a few people there and the workers were in the process of beginning their clean up. Our server, Phillips, (I think that was how it was spelled) was so very nice to us. We were treated with fresh, hot food even though they close at 11:00 pm.
