I placed a $30 curbside mobile order at Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits, but after waiting 30 minutes, my food wasn’t ready. When I went inside to ask about it, both the young staff and the manager were very rude and insisted my order had already been picked up. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, we finally got our food, which was overcooked and inedible.

The food was tasty and served hot. However, the front-of-house staff seemed quite disorganized and inefficient. The employee and cashier went back and forth about 25 times between the food area and the pick-up counter to prepare our standard 12-piece box with chicken, biscuits, fries, and mac and cheese. Additionally, they both disappeared several times for a few minutes during the process. Although our order was complete, it took 25 minutes to receive it after we paid.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I got home, I discovered that my "white meal" didn't contain any white meat. It would have been nice if they had asked me before making that substitution. I probably won't be returning there again.

The restaurant closed at 8:30 PM, and I noticed the staff hurried to the back to avoid serving any customers. I caught a glimpse of them through the drive-thru window while I was passing by. If they don't want to serve customers, then they won't be getting my business in the future.
