This visit was fantastic. All of the sandwiches were filled with meat. The drinks were good. It would have been nice to have straws and napkins, but I can't complain because all of the sandwiches had meat!
Terrible experience on 22 July 2021 around 12:45 at Subway located 3400 S Harrah Rd, Harrah, OK 73045. I ordered online and my credit card was charged. Went to get sandwiches, gave them my name and the two ladies said there was no order with that name. I said my card was charged and I showed them the charge. They got very defensive and said you should have called it in I told them that I always order online and they said next time order by phone. One of them was so mad she was told by the other woman a supervisor I believe to step back and she walked to the back really angry. I was shocked. I asked if she could provide phone for franchise owner and she said no. So I left my phone number and and asked she give it to the owner and I left. Could not believe they were mad at me and were upset at me over the situation. Update 27 July 2021 my credit card was refunded but I never received a call from anyone at Subway. I reported it to headquarters and no call from them either. At least my money was refunded I guess.
The guy who works there is really slow, it took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Oh my god.
