I ordered three orders of crazy puffs and they arrived flat like pancakes. I had previously tried them at a different location and they were fluffy and delicious. When I got home, I realized they were not made correctly. When I called to see if they would fix the mistake, I was told I needed to drive back with 80% of the product in order to get a proper replacement. This company's customer service is lacking and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. I will not be spending my money here again. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction.

I called ahead to pre-order for a children's birthday party and was met with laughter from the worker. They told me, "Sir, we don't do that." I felt disrespected and asked to speak to a supervisor, who said he doesn't usually answer the phone. I will never return to this location and I recommend others to avoid it as well. The customer service has declined, with long wait times for orders. The workers need better training and leadership. This location deserves a 1-star rating, not 3.6.
