Contribute FeedbackExperiences at McDonald's are varied, ranging from disappointing service to commendable staff interactions. While some patrons were left frustrated by delivery mishaps and long waits, others found solace in the pleasant service at select locations, such as Staple Tye, known for its cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. However, uncomfortable seating and noisy crowds detracted from the overall experience for some visitors. Yet, amidst the chaos, dedicated employees often shine, showcasing professionalism even with challenging customers. Ultimately, the quality of service and dining experience can differ significantly across different outlets, leaving some eager to return while others reconsider.
I ordered McDonald's for delivery through Uber, but the driver never arrived. The driver claimed to have tried to contact me, but I had no missed calls and he marked the order as delivered on the app. I reached out to Uber for help, but they said they couldn't do anything and told me to contact McDonald's. Despite multiple attempts, McDonald's never answered the phone. Since I couldn't drive at the time, my family went without dinner after spending £45.00 on the order. I ended up having to cook a meal for everyone. It's extremely disappointing that no one seemed to care about the situation. I will not be ordering from Uber or McDonald's again.
McDonald's food is more or less the same as anywhere else. However, groups of teenagers sitting at a large table, talking loudly and swearing continuously when there are young children around is unacceptable. Two of them even commented that they work there. They were clearly not eating or drinking or eating as their table was clear. Management should take more responsibility and at least have a quiet word. Not somewhere I shall be taking my child again
I stopped by for breakfast before Christmas shopping and was disappointed by the unwelcoming and uncomfortable setting. The hard seating, specifically the hard, sharp-edged benches, was terrible. The decision maker behind this needs to reconsider their career path.
This restaurant doesn't seem to understand the concept of a drive-thru and fast food at all! I waited for 15 minutes because the young employee taking orders was incompetent. Even after ordering and paying, I had to park and wait at the next window to collect my order. I would highly recommend avoiding this place, as they are completely useless and incompetent. They clearly do not grasp the idea of fast food. If this were in the US, the franchise would have been shut down.
Never get an order correct always missing items, fries have far too much salt on them and when ask for them without staff are extremely rude. Tried them using a delivery service during this pandemic and again complete meals missing and when phone up, again staff are rude and say not their problem and to contact the delivery service we used, well it is there fault as they didn't place meals into the takeaway bag. Gave 1 star as no option for a zero star rating.
