We placed an order for pick-up at a specific time to ensure the food would be hot, but unfortunately, it was cold when we arrived to collect it. The temperature was so low that we ended up throwing out most of the meal. We are regular customers of this restaurant, but this was the first time we had such a disappointing experience with the food quality. View all feedback.
Food was great. Went on a Thursday night . Large restaurant very busy before Christmas. Service very good.

Awful. Really disappointed. I ordered from here previously in person and it tasted really fresh and healthy. But I ordered tonight before 7.00pm on a Saturday night on Just Eat, and at 8.30pm I still didn’t have my order. When I rang to chase my order they blamed the lack of drivers, they blamed Just Eat and then they blamed me. They told me I should have ordered direct from them and cut out Just Eat. Whilst that may be true, I didn’t appreciate the lack of apology and being made to feel like I did something wrong. I’m local and would order regularly but don’t like being blamed by a restaurant who should be doing much better. So I will never be ordering from here again.
Have lived in Harlow for years but this was our first visit and we were not disappointed. Different dishes from the norm. Staff really friendly. Will be visiting again
