Not enough staff,lots of empty tables with no chairs,dirty tables.
Wrong food order delivered twice and coffee was just ok. Usually it is outstanding. Tables not cleared.
The most expensive cup of hot milk (that was meant to be a BILLIONAIRE'S Latte). Not impressed as had it to take away and it was too late to change...
