What Luke doesn't like about Chicken Hut:
Late delivery and only missing food from my order. Rang to resolve the issue, refusing to sort it on the spot and waiting for driver to get back, said they would call back, didn't. After ringing multiple times they continue to play dumb and won't give me a refund or resend the food they was missing from my order. Disgusting service. Without doubt, the best chicken shop in harlow. the wings are probably the best I ever had and it is so cheap that you are a fool not to go there. £3.99 for 6 wings, a drink and chips is stealing in the round!
The burger was dry and the fries were overfried somehow with some dark stuff in the fries.

My friend and I went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken meal. When we got home and tried the chicken, we realized it was not cooked properly and had a slimy texture. Unfortunately, we both got food poisoning from the meal and were sick for two weeks. We will never again spend money at this restaurant.
