I've had the pleasure of visiting this unique restaurant several times, and I must say that it sets a fantastic standard for what all Whataburgers should aspire to be. What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Food doesn't taste the same anymore. My food was cold. I ordered the chicken strips and I figured they would be hot and fresh but nah. Food was cold and my husband ordered a #1 combo and ordered it with cheese and cheese was not even melted meaning meat was probably sitting there for a while. I wished it was like the good ole day when they used to make our food fresh and food tasted good. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
Very busy. it took a long time until we got ordered items. that was hot.
Food is always delicious and restaurant is always clean! However, they always mess up 2-3 things on our order. I completely understand that accidents happen, but something always get messed up or left out of our order.
My favorite place, the service is slow more attention guys.

If you forget to place an item you should replace the meal!!! Good to know you can dictate when I eat my items. 20 plus minute wait in this economy (gas) and you want me to wait again . Idk your customer service isn't what it once was.
