Subway - Harlingen

Use to love coming here, but recently they had a million strey cats roaming around and somehow does not seem sanitary

I went in today at 9:15 a.m. and they were closed and closed, already says 9-10 on the doors. maybe they closed early I don't know

If you're a fan of stale cookies, this is the perfect spot for you! I've visited three times and usually swap the chips for cookies. Unfortunately, each time the cookies were hard as a rock, likely because they've been left out all day. They are definitely not fresh, despite what the company’s slogan suggests!

The customer service was very disappointing. There was only one employee working, and he was incredibly slow, taking 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. To make matters worse, they were running low on vegetables, and he only added a couple of tiny pieces to my sandwich instead of replenishing the stock. I will never return.

I noticed two staff members at the sandwich bar when I walked in. Immediately, I was informed that I'd have to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich because they were prioritizing online orders. What kind of service is that? Since when do online orders take precedence over a customer who is right in front of them? Couldn't one of the workers assist me while the other handled the online orders? It's worth mentioning that I was the only customer there. I'm really disappointed!
