One of my favorite places to eat, tasty pasta dishes are one of the reasons I visited the place, pizza is good. You can't skip dessert cannoli are creamy. But the pasta is a must try! This place is over-priced and ran by children. The waiter made sure to tell me 6 times she didn’t know the menu. They don’t split checks and the sampler had burnt calamari, normal wings, and cold marinara. They gave us excuses as to why there was a delay versus just ensuring we were accommodated. Dined in on a Tuesday evening and was served by Victor C. He did such a great job very attentive and polite! Food was delicious, we’ll definitely be returning!
Victor C provided great customer service for dinner tonight.
The waitress we had was terrible. My husband was told they didn’t have big red meanwhile I was waiting more than 15 mins without a straw. Everybody else was getting our food and we were still waiting. I understand the rush of people but she was not serving the whole restaurant to be taking that long. We had just ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza and a shrimp scampi. We were waiting close to 30 to 40 mins and my husbands shrimp scamp was still not done. They took so long we decided to leave with just our pizza so disappointed for our first time trying this place.
Today 6/27/24 Exceptional service!!!! The waiter Isaiah Z was wonderful, we did not have to ask for anything after we ordered! The food is outstanding! I had angel hair pasta with creamy lemon thyme creamy sauce. My hubby had his usual a Stromboli he enjoyed every bite! Hats off to the chef!
