Service is terrible, slow and rude. Chicken breasts are ALWAYS out (it's only 8 o'clock and they don't close until 10)! They tell us every time that it will be a 25 minute wait for chicken breasts and this is supposed to be fast food not fine dining!The floor is always sticky and dirty. Just done with this place.
Update: Come on KFC, another bowl with no chicken.. Do you know the feeling of biting into what you think is chicken and its nothing but dry hard crust, how about an entire bowl of it?..Previous Review: Have had better days but still go on occasion,it's more to order at the drive thru than online sometimes so pay attention to that in case you want a good deal. It wasn't veryappetizing seeing it straight out of the box and why did my biscuit look like someone used it as a stress ball I will never know???? but tasted better than it looked and my dad still loves it. Love the famous bowl and they always add the extra gravy when Iask, only had a few bad bowls since I have been going there and I say that because it seemed to be just the crunchy outside andno chicken inside any of the chicken pieces, so I made sure not to go close to closing after that.
