employees are simply in the conversation and do not care about online customers. when he is not ready, they have to tell the customer that don't sweat with co-workers while the customer is standing there, waiting for someone to see that they are there when in business is slow. and a manager who was only there 2 years, needs more trainings as to run a. customer service is View all feedback.
