Firehouse Subs Harlingen Corners

I had a good experience during my first visit to this restaurant. The establishment was very clean and the food was delicious.

I am so grateful for the assistance provided by this restaurant. I placed a large online order for lunch for our office staff and accidentally set the pick-up date for the next day. When I arrived, the employee and manager quickly jumped in to help without hesitation and began working on my order immediately. Despite my embarrassment, they reassured me that it was not a problem and resolved the situation for me. The establishment has excellent and attentive staff who are willing to assist.

We all enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. I had a foot long meatball sub, my wife had the brisket sub, my daughter had a Philly cheese steak, and my son had a tuna fish sub. We all gave it a perfect 10.

Just walked in and the customer service was great! the cash register was very nice and had a big eye contact. eating was also amazing. it was my first time and I will go back to the final. 5/5 for me!

Great food! Service, not so much.Cashier TOTALLY not friendly. No greeting when I stepped to the counter. Called my name and walked away as I was going to thank her. I don’t know if it’s the weather, but what a turn off. Had never come to this store hate that this was my first experience here. Rating is only for the food.
