What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered pizza delivered and he took my information and i waited and waited and my order was never delivered. This is no way to run a business. Don't order at Dominos if you want dinner because you probably won't get it. What an awfully joke to play on a paying customer. View all feedback.
This is for the delivery driver and chef of my food last night, December 8, 2020. Everything was PERFECT. Food came extremely hot and cooked for perfection. I wish I had tipped more. I'll order again soon.
Hot Neat Delicious Made right not Sloppy! Pizza made right! I love that I can call the restaurant and they don't answer anyone in another city at the store. This is my place for quick hot right!
We had a little situation with a school party and no pizza. It's 10:30 and your amazing manager Juan helped me right away. He saved my sons in third grade. Thank you for your hard work.
Make sure you have your own timer for the 2min Carside delivery. This place used the timer a while before the guy came with my order.
I was just in there and had to listen to the assistant who gave dozens of curse words to her male friend while waiting for my pizza. Then I came home, and my wife and I realized that one of the two pizzas had what seemed to be no cheese. It had Alfredo sauce (instead of Marinara sauce), so maybe they forget cheese on one as the sauce was essentially the same color as cheese. After I brought both pizzas back to the store, I showed the assistant the one without cheese against the cheese. She insisted that both had a normal amount of cheese, but the cheese simply melted/mixed with the sauce on a pizza, but not the other, which makes no sense. Then she said, if I ask her nicely, she will make another for me as a substitute, to which I replied that I could see one with more cheese than what I could see on the problematic pizza. Since she was reluctant to make the replacement pizza, she used a number of additional curse words while she continued to talk to her male friend. I guess he's got nothing better to do than hanging at her workplace during his spare time. Anyway, I feel like the assistant manager was rude, vulgar, inflexible and overly argumentative, and I think that someone like them probably does not deal with the general public and monitor other employees. In addition, in order to do everything, I gave them a 10 percent tip on an executing order. I think I need to talk to the primary manager, Vicky, so she understands what happened.
