I have to be honest, I had been avoiding this location due to the ratings. When the idiot website changed the location on me without my knowledge mid-ordering, I was a bit worried. While the staff wasn't as jolly as other Domino's, I'm pleased to say that everything came out exceptionally. I waited an hour and a half for my pizza to be delivered, which was supposed to arrive in 12 to 23 minutes. When it finally came, the pizza was ice cold and as hard as a brick. Muhammad, the general manager and delivery driver, believed it was still very hot. This experience needs to be addressed—it's time to make some changes and restore this place to its former quality.
Great service, my order got sent to the wrong location and they relized it and sent it to my local dominos i got a call letting me know got my food soon after!
I ordered a pizza at 8:30 on a regular Wednesday night. The app indicated it would take 23 minutes. However, the pizza didn't go into the oven for about 10 minutes. According to the app, it was ready at 8:50. By 9:20, they still hadn't sent a driver. The owner/manager tried to explain their process, but I didn't trust him—clearly, my order had just come out. I ended up canceling and called Harleysville Pizza instead. It will arrive 25 minutes after I placed the order. I will NEVER order from this place again.
Dominoes used to be well managed. Pizzas were well prepared. However, lately who ever is managing and making the pizzas are not up to Dominoes standards. My last 2 consecutive orders were done incorrectly. Missing ingredients. Poor quality. It's a shame. They have great family value in terms of prices to feed the family. I guess I will pay out more money and order from Frank's Pizza. Sorry Dominoes ?
Although I ultimately decided that the position wasn't the right fit for me—largely due to the kitchen work and the need for frequent communication with staff and customers, which I hadn’t anticipated—I want to give a big shout-out to Dan P., Maxwell, and Nathan Woodside for their patience and guidance throughout my training. I also want to thank the manager, Mohammad (or Moe for short!), for giving me the chance to try out the role. I feel bad for not accepting the position, but I believe these employees deserve recognition for their excellent service!
