I had lunch at GNH Bar and I have to say that the pan-fried Gnocchi with mushrooms, basil, spinach and chestnut was well cooked and tasty. As a dessert, I had a coconut rice pudding and it was good. 33 GBP service included. View all feedback.
What nmaria doesn't like about Gnh:
This is a lovely bar and as you can imagine expensive. We went in for breakfast. There is a nice choice for breakfast though everything except omelette comes with bread/toast. Omelette at £11 (plus service) was tasteless sadly and served on a plate with nothing (no garnish). English breakfast looked great but black pudding cooked till it was rock hard (or perhaps stale). A disappointing and expensive breakfast. Venue... View all feedback.
I visited this restaurant before catching a train at St. Pancras and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in London. I will definitely return!
Excellent, lovely staff thanks (Diego). Really complimentary, speedy service. Lovely place to stop for little drink. Not extortionate for location/quality. Asked for a drink that wasn’t on the menu and they couldn’t be more obliging. Nevertheless the menu was nice and varied. Actually meant to go to another bar, but glad I came here instead!Absolutely would visit again.
I was here before last year and I had the most fabulous **** Mary, so with a quick stop while waiting for the train, I recommended that we go to this bar again. . . . . . . . . . . told us to take a seat, no one came for years despite making a gesture to ask for the service, when finally told a waiter to come to ask us, we asked to see the menu because there was nothing on the table except a sign of The boy literally slipped us through his face mask and finally came back and a code We couldn't believe his attitude. So we left!If you don't want to work on customer service, don't. Don't make it so obvious you don't want to be there serving people!
It took 30 minutes for someone to ask if I wanted a drink at this restaurant. When the drink was finally served, the glass had lipstick marks on it. After informing the waiter, he claimed it was just dirt and said he would bring me another drink. The situation improved slightly when the Manager came over to acknowledge the mistake (and lipstick) and did not charge me for the drink. However, I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat instead of waiting for my family to join me.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and small plates. Lovely decor and music. However my waiter Felipe, Tall with a long beard in a pony tail, said NOT ONE WORD, to me. Not when I sat down, or ordered, or asked for the bill. Unacceptable to then add a service charge.
