What Langston Residential LLC doesn't like about Sumo Sushi:
I ordered online and when the person went to pick it up, they were rude and insisted there was no order there. Had to order again in store and pay. I was charged for the online order anyway. Terrible customer service. View all feedback.

This place has delicious food for great prices. The people are also friendly and helpful.

Made a carry out order. Paid when I got there and they sat back and talked for 25 minutes, while my food sat on the counter. I told them it was cold because it sat for 25 minutes. They made zero effort to make new food or take responsibility for the bad service. Poor service, terrible food, will never give these people my money again.
