I was driving from SC to FL. I needed the coffee. They had the coffee. Enough said.
It's a do it yourself dunkin express ..
There are only about three donut options available. The company should really consider renaming itself Dunkin Coffee. Almost every time I visit a Dunkin’ location anywhere in the country, the donut selection is disappointing. In contrast, Krispy Kreme consistently keeps their stores well-stocked with fresh donuts coming straight off the conveyor belt into your box. Dunkin, take a page from their book.
I don’t usually write reviews, but why not? I work at a Dunkin' in South Carolina, so I know a lot about their coffee, swirls, and creamers. While I was talking to my mom and not paying attention, an employee – I’m not sure her name – yelled at me, saying, “LOOK, YOU’RE ABOUT TO MAKE A MESS, YOU NEED TO PULL DOWN INSTEAD OF TWISTING.” I thought about responding rudely but decided to ignore it since it was early. Overall, the coffee and donuts are a solid 10/10, but the customer service definitely needs improvement—I'd give it a 2/10.
I'm pretty sure my friend and I were served spoiled milk in our coffee. Both drinks tasted awful and were undrinkable. Even though we ordered different beverages, they shared the same terrible flavor. Since we're traveling, we didn't have time to ask for a replacement. We got large coffees but couldn't take more than a few sips without feeling sick from the taste. I usually enjoy Dunkin' at home, so this experience was really disappointing.
