What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Gourmet Burger Kitchen (gbk):
We were told that we need to wait for around 15-20 minutes outside because they were very busy. I just don’t understand why we could not wait at a table as there were numerous tables free. It’s the first time a restaurant asks me to wait outside while they have free tables and they could serve us some drinks in the meantime. Always great food! Even if the round tables are a little small.. love the hei hei salt.
As always the food and service were excellent. Also we were served by a first class young lady called Zita
Brilliant service and my partner is gluten intolerant so asked for options and they had many and knew what they were talking about ... full marks.
Really good burgers, We arrived at the restaurant around 6 pm on a Saturday, was a bit busy so we had to que in front of the restaurant for 5 minutes but as soon as we sat on the table everything was smooth, we had to order at the bar but the food and drinks was served at the table! Overall, it was a great experience, and we will certainly be back!
So you scan the QR code and order via your phone. Had a Chicken burger, a Cheeseburger done medium rare, fries, coke and a vanilla shake. The chicken was very juicy and not overcooked. The burger was cooked perfectly also. Service was fine and the restaurant was very clean.
