The food was delicious and served hot, but shortly after I received my meal, I noticed a homeless person washing items in the drink machine with soap and water. No employees intervened in the situation at all. I was so unsettled by the lack of cleanliness that I lost my appetite and couldn't finish my meal.
Considering the current prices at Five Guys, they really shouldn't be skimping on the fries. Their assertion that "a large serves 3-5 people" has always been debatable, and it definitely doesn't seem accurate anymore.
The burgers are actually quite good for a chain restaurant. The fries are delicious, although they are a bit expensive for fast food at $5. I often take my grandson there since it's close to the movie theater, but I wouldn't make a special trip just to go.
I've been a frequent visitor to this restaurant because I really enjoy their burgers. However, on my last few visits, I noticed that the burgers were severely undercooked, with the center being almost raw. Raw ground beef not only lacks flavor but also poses a health risk. On September 17, 2022, I came back and was pleased to see that they are now cooking their burgers properly—still just as tasty and delicious as before. I will definitely keep coming back.
