I came to this establishment 5 days in a row. The drinks are unmatched. The service was phenomenal. Top 2 boba places I have ever been. And it's not #2.
Best boba in the Portland are, workers are ao nice and kind. Place is clean!!
I ordered the jasmine green milk tea w/boba it was delicious! The quality of the tea was notable and clearly brewed in-house. The owners were also so kind!!It looks like they also serve Water Avenue coffee a number of different fresh in-house pastries, so I’ll have to be back for those! : Thank you for the quality tea Bobo!!

I love Bobo! I'm never disappointed by their drinks, and their boba is always a good texture. I especially like their roasted tea. I get most drinks at 75% sweet, but I think overall they are not the sweetest boba place, so you could go 100% sweet without feeling oversweetened.My partner tried a chicken and cheese pastry there, and said it was amazing and tasted homemade in the best way.I never see this place very busy, but it should be. It has a comfortable amount of seating and a parking lot available.
